There’s a common conception that photo shoots are either all work-generated or for the whims of vein people. And to those people I ask: WHAT ABOUT THE FUN OF IT?

Some of the photos were made with my Diana F+ medium format toy camera. All strobes were lit with at least two studio lights. Enjoy!

Whoa! it’s been a while since I’ve used film.

There’s a frozen bag of old C-41 in my freezer. It’s all expired and it’s been in and out of the freezer so often, I question it’s consistency.

So, I figure the best thing to do with those rolls is to make photos that don’t matter.

And what better tool for those kinds of throw away shots than a toy camera, right!?!

So, on a whim, I bought a chrome Lomo ActionSampler from Urban Outfitters last Winter.

A bunch of the shots didn’t turn out. But a few, I think, turned out really well.
