Like I said in my last post, Nick’s Bachelor Party weekend was some of the most fun I’ve had in a while. I was hanging out with a bunch of self-proclaimed nerds. Most of them are waaaay into comics. In fact, I might be the only one who wasn’t. I can be nerdy sometimes, but I’m not a capital “N” Nerd. I’m not really interested in the stuff Nerds are in, BUT since middle school, I’ve always liked and gravitated towards Nerds. Not necessarily their activities. Role Playing Games, video games, comic books, never captured my attention. So, I wanted to participate in the things Nerds do. …obviously, I have no problem playing Nerf War. So, some Nerdy things I’m all about.
My point is, Nick has an enviably amazing group of friends. I’m tight with him. I’m friends with a few of the guys, like Marty, & Brooks. Before this weekend I was good acquaintances with few of the other guys like Michael Bracco, Jamie Noguchi, and Ross, but this weekend I got to fill out my relationships with them, Jim, Durn, & Brandon (who makes GREAT burgers!)
The next time I get to see most of these guys is Friday, when Nick & Lindsay get married!
And let me say something about those two. If there was ever a couple who belongs together, it’s them. When Nick talks about Lindsay his inner puppy dog comes out. it’s pretty gross, but it’s been that way for years. They’ve grown as people together, and, I think, improved each other. …well, I didn’t know Lindsay before Nick, but I’ve seen him become an even better Nerd. He’ll be a great husband.
Those two jerks are super-lucky! Nick, if you’re reading this, I love you! I’m stoked I got to spend that weekend with you.
Now! on with the pictures!
In TRUE Nerd fashion, the only boobs we got to see the entire weekend were from Tango & Cash.
There was, of course, Super Art Fighting. …because most of them are Super Art Fighters.
And then, thanks to Brandon, we flung fruit into the lake. …bad ass!
and then we all crashed.
Only to wake up and fling more stuff with Brandon’s big ass sling-shot. 
poor Marty. He hurt his shoulder. …such a delicate flower.
