Buck Jabaily, director of the Greater Baltimore Cultural Alliance is photographed in the alley behind the Single Carrot Theater, which he helped co-found ten years ago. Graffiti artists are allowed and encouraged by the surrounding building tenants to utilize the space in Baltimore’s first arts district, Station North, which was set up ten years ago. The city is thinking about starting a third, but opposition worries if the city can sustain the two they have.
