Brent Mitchell is the blogger behind How Chow, a Howard County-centric restaurant site. He said he didn’t really care if he was outed in the shoot.

He kept a lot of the to-go menus from the restaurants he reviewed and brought them out for the photo shoot. They proved to be a pretty fun way to obscure Mr. Mitchell.

He was a great sport. …up for almost anything.
