10am Update: New Specks for Mr. Rouse

An act of vandalism has damaged the glasses off the James Rouse statue William Duffy (holding the glasses) originally sculpted in 1986. The sculpted frames, which are molded after Rouse’s original pair, have been damaged once before, and will be replaced this time around with a sturdier and heavier design.
